Tan pronto el reloj marcó las 12 de la medionoche los abrazos, besos y buenos deseos para el nuevo año fueron la nota del momento. Todos tenemos mucha fe y esperanza en que este sea un año de muchas bendiciones y que la salud reine para todos. Estuvimos en la casa de mis padres hasta las 2 am y mis niñas no habían tenido ninguna siesta ni nada de hecho, Sofia se había levantado a las 7:00 am así que ella tuvo una larga noche.
Luego, durante la tarde las niñas corrieron bicicleta, recogieron gandules y los pelaron, ahora solo falta cocinarlos (esta es su primera experiencia pelando gandules). También comimos y hablamos, en realidad fue un buen comienzo. No se me puede olvidar que en este primer día del año nos levantamos a las 11:00 am.yeahhhh.

As soon as the clock marked midnight we all started to hug, kiss and good wishes for the new year were the note of the moment. We all have a lot of faith and hope this will be a year of many blessings and that good health reign for all. We were at my parents house until 2 am and my girls did not had any siesta, Sofia woke up at 7:00 am so she had a long night.
Then, during the afternoon the girls ran their bicycles, collected peas and peeled them, now all that's left is to cook them (this is their first experience peeling peas). Also we ate and talked, in reality it was a good start. I cannot forget that in this first day of the year we woke up at 11:00 am. yeahhhh

looks like a great time!! your family knows how to have fun : ) i am really impressed your girls can stay up that late, ella and zoe would be SO crabby, but they would LOVE to try : ) and the bike pics just made me smile ... here's to a great new year!
