I couldn't write this last couple of days because I have had a lot of work in the house. I love to give a good clean to the house before Christmas, this includes the task of organizing and to cleaning everywhere, up to the last corner of the house (even the little house that's in the backyard). Yesterday it was the turn to clean windows and screens, that horror, i do not like to clean windows but, I do like to throw a lot of water (well, the part of throwing water is not mine because Pablo does it). There is just a few little cleaning details left to be done but I will do them during the week and also we will begin to decorate the house. I am anxious to place all the Christmas decorations of Christmas and see Sofia and Paola's expresions.
Each time we go to some store or we pass near a place that have Christmas decorations they are touched and they begin to say: "look, look" ( in spanish of course). At least I know that this year they will give more attention to the decorations and that little by little they will learn our traditions. As soon as I have the decorations I'll show you the photos.
On the other hand, Pablo begins to work tomorrow. The truth is that we had three marvelous weeks and the girls enjoyed a lot of his company full time. It is not the same the little time that can dedicate them after work than to be all day with them. But, well that is reality, vacations always come to an end. Thanks to God we had a good weekend and we are well.
I wish you have a pretty week.

We are in the most beautiful season of the year and with the moment to give thanks comes the time to reflect on everything that we have received.
I will give thanks for:
- My family - without them I would not be who I am nowadays. Thanks especially to my mom that is always with me and is my great friend.
- Pablo - for being a magnificent husband and father.
- Sofia and Paola - my two biggest loves. They are an essential piece of my life.
- God - for giving me life and to let me to be a daughter, a wife and a mother. For always giving me strength I need to go on.
It is good to take advantage of this moment to reflect on all the beautiful things that life gives us. It is time to think and act as a better human being. If every one took advantage of each day to thank God for the privilege of seeing a new day and to respect the others, this world would be completely different.
Thanks God for all you have given me.
Happy Thanksgiving Day !!!!!

Our weekend was extremely tranquil. We didn't do anything exceptional, we simply dedicate our time to share in family. Today we had several things to do. First, I had several laboratory test that my OB send me to do.
The afternoon went tranquil. Except for Sofia scaring us. We were in the dining room and she was getting of the chair and fell. Thanks to God nothing happened. Then at night they were watching Barney while Pablo and I were talking in the living room. Suddenly, we listened Sofia crying very loud, we ran and found her on the floor. It so happens that she was seated in the swing and it broke. The poor girl fell but thanks to God, again, nothing happened. The truth is that she could have broken a leg or an arm, but God is so great that it was just another scare. Of course Pablo took the swing and throw it to the trash. Tomorrow our plans are to make the family room a safe place for the girls. Tomorrow I will share photos of the room.
Have a beautiful week.

Each day that passes Sofia and Paola talk more and more. At least two or three times each week they say new words. It is extremely exciting to listen them and to see them grow. Today we went to Wal-Mart (by now everyone knows that is my favorite store) and I was near the children's department while Pablo sought other things, and I showed them some robes to sleep of the princesses of disney. They were so happy when thay saw them that we finish buying the robes. It was not something we planned to buy but we did not want to pass the moment when they showed for the first time, this excitement for something. We walked by toys' department and yes they look at them but not to the point of crying for something. They have developed an affinity to the disney princesses that is incredible and let me tell you that the only things they have of the princesses are the beds and a set of storybooks, nothing more. Pablo and I love to see them get emotioned with all those girl things.
Thanks for visiting our blog and remember to leave your comment.
P S. They are sleeping with their new princesses' robes right now.

After a very hectic weekend, things are back to normal. We did not do any task in the house today, the day was to vegetate. We just went to buy diapers and to visit Mom Millie (my mom). There Sofia and Paola enjoyed playing with my niece Cary and playing on the swings. The only difference today was what it has happened before from time to time, they decided to skip their siesta in the afternoon because they tought it was better to laugh and talk.
Have a tranquil week.

Wow, what a weekend. Yesterday we were at Andrea's birthday and this morning was her baptism. The religious service went well just like the celebration of the baptism. After almost two years our daughters returned to church today (please don not think that we do not believe in God, is simply that we have not find the way to take two small girls to church and besides here we do not have people who take care of them while the parents are listening the mass at least not in the catholic church). In short, after the service all returned to our house to rest a little (Sofia, Paola and Pablo slept while I decided to sit down to see the blogs). Then, in the afternoon we went to have dinner to the house of our neighbors to celebrate the baptism.

Today is Andea's birthday. She is our grandaugther and she is now three. The family had a party to celebrate the occasion and we all enjoyed it a lot. Ana Sofia and Ana Paola ate, played, colored and jumped. Both girls were very active at the party but, thanks to God they behaved very well. I share some photos of the party.
