Fin de Semana / Weekend

Gracias a Dios nuestro fin de semana fue muy bueno y disfrutamos mucho en familia.

Viernes: Llevé a las niñas a vacunar. Ambas estuvieron muy bien a pesar, de que Sofi gritó a todo pulmón, ja. Luego para recompensarlas les compré nuggets y luego fuimos todos a comprar helados.

Sábado: A media mañana podé algunas de las plantas del patio. Luego, tuvimos nuestro primer picnic del verano con spaguettis, rico y después una tarde de piscina. Pablo y yo tomamos piña colada y en la noche terminamos con una rica de arroz con habichuelas y pollo al horno. Simplemente sensacional.

Domingo: Nos levantamos a las 10:00, simplemente mágico. Luego, un rico brunch y después a la piscina. Hoy las niñas no quisieron estar mucho tiempo en la piscina así que decidimos salir a hacer diligencias y luego a comer pizza.

Me encantan los fines de semana como este.

Thanks to God our weekend was very good and we enjoyed it a lot together.

Friday: I took the girls to vaccinate. Both were ok even though that Sofi screamed to the top of her lungs, ha. In reward I bought them chicken nuggets and ice cream.

Saturday: In the morning I trimmed some of the plants in our patio. Then, we had our first picnic of the summer with spaguettis and later an afternoon with the pool. Pablo and I had some pina colada and in the night we finish with a delicious dinner of rice and beans with chicken. Simply sensational.
Sunday: We woke up at 10:00am, simply magical. Then, a nice brunch and later to the pool. Today the girls did not want to be a lot of time in the pool so we decide to go out to do some groceries and then pizza.

I love weekends like this.

Actividades para el Verano / Summer Activities

Algunas de las ideas que tengo para el verano con las niñas son:
1. Ir a la playa
2. Ir al zoológico
3. Jugar en la piscina
4. Ir al parque
5. Ver el espectáculo de Toy Story
6. Soplar burbujas
7. Juegos de mesa
8. Colorear
9. Manualidades
10. Día de juegos con las amiguitas de la escuela
11. Ir al parque de chorritos de agua
12. Hornear
13. Ir al cine (posiblemente)
14. Pasadía en el bosque (tentativo)

Y alguna que otra idea que se me ocurra durante el transcurso del verano. Esto va a estar acompañado de helados, jugos fríos y cualquier otra cosa fría que encontremos.

Some of the ideas that I have for the summer with the girls are:

3.Playing in the pool
4.Going to the park
5.Going to the Toy Story on Ice show
6.Blowing bubbles
7.Board games
8.Coloring
9.Handicrafts
10.Play dates with their friends from school
11.Going to the water park
12.Baking
13.Going to the movies (possibly)
14.Visit the forest (tentative)

And any other idea that I might think of during the course of the summer. This is going to be accompanied by ice creams, cold juices and any another cold thing I can find.

Tradición / Tradition

El año pasado Pablo decidió establecer una nueva tradición en nuestra familia así que se llevó a las niñas para comprar los regalos de Madres para mí. Este año volvió a hacer lo mismo pero con la diferencia de que apenas tenía cinco días de operado y no podía conducir. Así que para no dañar la nueva tradición yo los llevé y luego me fuí a ver las tiendas yo solita. Todos tuvimos nuestro gran momento ellos juntos y yo sola.

Last year Pablo decided to establish a new tradition in our family so took the girls to buy the gifts of Mother's day for me. This year he did it again but with the difference that he had five days of being operated and could not drive. So to continue with the new tradition I drove them to the mall and I went to another stores alone. We all we had a great time, they together and me alone.

Cumpleaños de Omar / Omar's Birthday

El pasado viernes 6 mi sobrino Omar cumplió siete años. Mi hermana decidió hacerle una pequeña fiesta familiar sorpresa. Todos disfrutamos de un buen rato y comimos pizza (que estaba deliciosa) y bizcocho, durante ese ratito creo que aumenté como 20 libras, jajaja. Pasar tiempo en familia es lo mejor.

Last Friday 6th my nephew Omar had his 7th birthday. My sister decided to do him a small party family surprise. We all gad a good time and we ate pizza (that was delicious) and cake, I believe that I gained20 pounds, jajaja. Spending time in family is the best.

Fin de Semana / Weekend

No sé por que razón los fines de semana pasan tan rápido y al parecer no son suficientes. Como decimos acá: el fin de semana se me hizo sal y agua.

Viernes: Fue un día extremadamente lluvioso al punto que las niñas no asistieron a la escuela. Todo el día transcurrió en la casa y en la noche salimos a comprar pizza para la cena. Luego, tuvimos una noche de juegos de mesa y nos divertimos muchísimo.

Sábado: La noche anterior nos acostamos extremadamente tarde así que nos levantamos a las 10 (todos), que rico es dormir. Ya a las 10:30 estabamos en el correo y luego regresamos a nuestro "brunch". Luego, nos fuimos con mis papás a buscar las cosas que faltan para la graduación de las niñas. Fue otro día de mucha lluvia. Cenamos en Pizza Hut y nuevamente, volvimos a acostarnos super tarde.

Domingo: Realicé unas pequeñas tareas de limpieza. Mi mamá nos invitó a almorzar y luego nos fuimos a hacer otras diligencias.

Podemos resumir nuestro fin de semana en lluvia y compras, jaja.

I do not know why the weekends go so fast and apparently they is not enough time. As we say here: the weekend was gone like salt and water.

Friday: Was an extremely rainy day to the point that the girls did not attended school. We stayed the whole day at home and in the night we went to buy pizza for dinner. Then, we had a night of board games and we had a lot of fun.

Saturday: The previous night we went to bed extremely late so we woke up at 10 o'clock (all), how great is to sleep. At 10:30 we were already at the post office and then we returned to our "brunch". Then, we went out with my parents to buy things for the girls' graduation. Was another day of a lot of rain. We had dinner at Pizza Hut and again, and again we went to bed super late.

Sunday: I did some cleaning. My mom invited us to have lunch and then we went out for more shopping.

We can summarize our weekend with rain and shopping, haha.
