A Bajar de Peso y Preguntas y Respuestas/ Weight Lost and Q & A

He decidido que a partir de hoy tengo que rebajar. Tengo que comenzar con buenos hábitos alimenticios y hacer ejercicios. Muchas veces no tenemos la fuerza de voluntad para realizar las cosas y sí no nos trazamos unas metas a corto y largo plazo fracasamos en el intento. Por eso mi primera meta a corto plazo será bajar 5 ó 10 libras para el día de las madres. Ese será mi regalo.

A partir de hoy, ustedes serán testigos de este nuevo comenzar para mí. Todos los días escribiré sobre las cosas he hecho para bajar de peso. Sí hay alguien que quiera unirse a mí en esta primera fase es bienvenido.

Me gustaría que me realizarán preguntas. Por eso he decidido que el jueves será el día para contestar las preguntas que ustedes me hagan. Espero que se animen y hagan sus preguntas.

I have determined that from today I have to lose weight. I have to begin with good alimentary habits and exercise. Some times we do not have the will to do things and if we do not set goals at short and long terms we will fail trying. Therefore my first short-term goal will be to lose 5 or 10 pounds before mothers' day. That will be my gift.

From today, you will witnesses a new beginning for me. Every day I will write on the things I have done to lose weight. If there is someone that wishes to join me on this first phase is welcome.

I will welcome any questions you might have Therefore I have determined that Thursday will be the day to answer the questions that you make. I expect you are encouraged to ask me about it.

Good for you, Annie! I have been thinking of starting pilates or maybe the 30 Day Shred. I need to get in better shape. I feel blah lately and I think some of it is connected to my "pouch". I am still not sure what I will do, but I do need to do something. I'm pulling for you!

I am hoping to lose weight too!! I would like to lose like 20 pounds before we go to Disney in September... Do you have any "healthy" recipes you would share with us? Good luck!!
