The truth is that our medical plan is a headache. We still have not obtained the authorization so that Pablo can have the CT Scan of head head (to find reason for his constant headaches) and the cardiologist sent him to have a "Stress Test". For this last one, the codes that were used were supposedly incorrect and we must ask for a new authorization. Then, in the interval the poor man has to continue fighting with his pains while the medical plan is having the luxury of being delayed. Really, waiting despairs.

Oh Annie I'm so sorry for all these problems with the medical plan. You must be so frustrated. It's terrible that they used the wrong code for the authorization. I really hope it's all sorted out soon.

Insurance sure can be a pain...I hope that the authorizations come through and he can get some relief with his pain.

I am really sorry to read this Annie -- dealing with insurance issues when you need health care is just wrong. How stressful for both of you. Hoping things get turned around soon!

Have a great day : )

Dealing with insurance is very frustrating. Hope they can solve the matter in the next couple of days so that he can have the medical attention he needs. So sorry. Hang in there girl!

I have a friend who gets constant migraines. They tested him for months and never found anything. He's also 18 and there are some tests they don't want to do because "he's still growing" In the mean time he is also suffering from the pains of headaches that leave him worn out beyond belief. I'll add your husband to the prayer list and hope for healing for him as well.
