Nuestra Semana / Our Week

Cosas realizadas durante esta semana:

Domingo - Limpieza en la casa y un super recogido en el cuarto familiar.

Lunes - En la mañana estuvimos trabajando con la limpieza de ventanas. Luego la tarde la pasamos en la casa de mis padres. (Ver fotos del 4 de julio aquí).

Martes - Diversión en el parque. (Fotos aquí)

Miércoles - Estamos en la búsqueda de una escuela para las niñas. Compramos algunos efectos escolares.

Jueves - Fuimos de tiendas con Pablo (continuamos comprando efectos escolares).

Viernes - Las niñas y yo continuamos con la búsqueda de escuela. Después estuvimos un rato en la casa antes de salir a donar la ropa que ya no usamos. En ese intermedio ellas se entretuvieron pegándose "stickers" en la cara y en papeles de colores. Cuando Pablo salió de trabajar nos llevó a cenar a Pizza Hut, rico.

También durante esta semana continuamos enseñandole diferentes cosas a las niñas para cuando vayan a Kindergarten.

Nos encontramos listos para el fin de semana y el cuál esperamos que sea uno lleno de mucha diversión.

Things we did during this week:

Sunday - House cleaning and a super clean up to the family room.

Monday - In the morning we were washing windows. Then in the afternoon we went to my parents house. (See photos of July 4th here).

Tuesday - Fun in the park. (Pictures here)

Wednesday - Looking for a school for the girls. We bought some school effects.

Thursday - Went shopping with Pablo (buying more school effects).

Friday - The girls and I continued our search of a school. Later we came back home for a while before leaving to donate the clothes that we no longer use. In that interval they were entertained putting "stickers" on their faces and on papers. After work, Pablo took us for dinner to Pizza Hut, yum.

Also during this week we continued teaching them different things before Kindergarten.

We are ready for the weekend which we hope it will be one full of a lot of fun.

Parque Urbano / Urban Park

El martes las niñas me pidieron que las llevara al parque así que decidimos pasar la tarde allí mientras Pablo trabajaba. Es divertido verlas correr, jugar, saltar, trepar y caerse (esto ocurrió varias veces pero gracias a Dios no sucedió nada lamentable). En fin, pasamos un rato sensacional las tres solitas.

Last Tuesday the girls asked me to take them to the park so we decide to spend the afternoon there while Pablo worked. It is fub to see them run, play, jump, climb and fall down (this happened several times but thanks to God it was nothing). In short, we had a great time, just the three of us.

Actividad Final del Campamento / Final Activity of Summer Camp

Hoy fue la actividad final del campamento de verano y mis niñas disfrutaron mucho. El grupo de ellas realizó tres bailes y era preciso ver como ellas se vivían la música. Definitivamente, fue un excelente campamento donde el deporte y las bellas artes eran el enfoque y ciertamente, eso hizo la diferencia.

Today was the final activity of summer camp and my girls enjoyed a lot. Their group made three dances and it was so cute to see how they lived the music. Definitely it was an excellent camp where sports and arts were the focus and certainly, that did the difference.

Junio: Primer Mes de Vacaciones de Verano / June: First Month of Summer Vacations

A principios de Junio escribí sobre algunas de las cosas que me gustaría hacer durante las vacaciones de verano con las niñas (ver aquí). Ya que terminó el primer mes veamos que hemos hecho:

1. Jugar en la piscina

2. Fuimos a ver el espectáculo de Toy Story

3. Soplar burbujas

4. Hemos jugado dominó y varios juegos de mesa.

5. Colorear (es una de sus cosas favoritas).

6. Fuimos al cine (Cars 2)

7. Terminaron su primer campamento de verano.

Estoy muy satisfecha con las cosas logradas durante este primer mes. Ciertamente, estoy ansiosa por las cosas que podremos hacer durante el mes de Julio con el favor de Dios.

At the beginning of June I wrote about some of the things that i would like to do during the summer with the girls (to see here). Now that the first month of summer is over let's see what have we done:

1.Playing in the pool

2.We went to see the Toy Story on ice show

3.Blowing bubbles

4.We played dominoes and other board games.

5.Coloring (is one of their favorite things).

6.We went to the movies (Cars 2)

7.They finished their first summer camp.

I am very satisfied with the things achieved during this month. Certainly, I am anxious to do the things that we will be able to do during the month of July with the favor of God.
