La rutina de hoy fue buena. Tengo algunos detalles que mencionar de mis porristas:
1. Ellas me buscan el "pad" de ejercicios y colocan el video.
2. En determinado momento cuando ellas se cansan y salen a buscar agua me dan una gotita (literalmente) de agua para que me refresque,jaja.
3. Tres personas haciendo ejercicios (en realidad una y dos ocupando espacio) es sinónimo de tropiezos durante la jornada.

Today's routine was good. I have some details to mention of my cheerleaders:
1. They set the exercise pad and place the dvd.
2. In determined moment when they are tired, they leave to get water and give me a droplet (literally) of water to refresh me, jaja.
3. Three people doing exercises in one small place (in reality just one and the other two occupying space) is synonym of many collisions during the session.
