Aloha Friday!!!!!!!!

In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

My question this week is:

Which gifts have your kids asked Santa for this Christmas?

My answer is:

My girls want a swingset, skates, dolls, and everything else they see on t.v.,hahaha.

My Christmas gift # 18 is: Health

Have an awesome weekend.

J&M have not visited santa yet...but we hope to go on monday?!? They are still too young to ask for anything, but we began a tradition last year (their 1st CHRISTmas) that they would only receive 3 gifts (at home) because that is all baby Jesus received. I know others that have used this rule, and they say it make for a less hectic and more appreciative child. The other thing is we want J&M to understand the true meaning of CHRISTmas and enjoy the traditions of the santa. GREAT Question!!!

Our girls have a lot in common - unfortunately they want what the commercials show. Ugh! I posted their list today on my blog!
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!!!

I don't have kids. But I'm sure my dogs would want bones, toys, wet food, and anything that squeaks. I can't keep them out of their stockings!

My daughter is all grown up and doesn't ask me for anything specific for Christmas. :( I may call her and ask what she'd like, tho. I haven't stumbled on just the right thing yet.

hmmmm, mostly clothes and books (they're teens, lol) and a couple movies and video games. That's about it!

My girls haven't asked for anything yet. I don't think they understand that part of christmas, that it equals gifts. But I'm sure they notice the commericals on TV so probably next year!

Wishing you a healthy new year!

My girls have asked for a DS, new guitar, makeup set that has a chair, etc., kitchen set with real food, Em wants that makeup set too! (I asked them what they wanted as I started typing, so this is in their words, not mine.)

My boys are older and don't ask for stuff anymore. So I do miss those days. However, this year I am going to surprise them with some gifts.

Happy Aloha Friday! p.s. I hope you get to be your own business.

My middle girl wants a Build-A-Bear. Unfortunately, the only store they had in Hawaii closed down earlier in the year. :-(
