(The girls woke up at 6:50 am, so I had a wonderful idea, move our mattress to their bedroom and all of us went back to sleep until 11:30 am, yeahhhhhhhhhhhh).

Primer Mes de Clases / First Month of School
El primer mes de clases ha sido estupendo. Estuve dialogando con la maestra y me indicó que ambas niñas están trabajando muy bien. Participan en clase, realizan su trabajo pero, son un poquito desorganizadas. Ella me dice que es muy fácil identificar el lugar dónde ellas estaban ubicadas por el desorden que dejan (ja, al parecer ellas no han aprendido conmigo nada acerca de organización). Definitivamente, tengo que hablar con ellas en cuanto a eso pero por lo demás hasta ahora (toco madera) ellas funcionan bien.
Le doy gracias a Dios por haberme permitido ser madre de dos niñas extraordinarias (y desorganizadas) y experimentar junto a ellas esta nueva fase.

The first month of classes has been stupendous. I was talking with the teacher and she told me that both girls are working very well. They participate in class, they carry out their work but, they are a little bit disorganized. She tells me that is very easy to identify the place where they were by the disorder that they leave (ha, apparently they have not learned with me a thing about organization). Finally, I have to talk to them about that but otherwise up to now (I knock on wood) they function well.
I give thanks to God for giving me the opportunity of being the mother of two extraordinary (and disorganized) girls and to experience with them this new phase.

Fase Escolar / School Phase
Algunas cosas que me encantan de esta nueva faceta en nuestra vida "escolar" son:
1. Hasta ahora las niñas disfrutan mucho de su tiempo en la escuela.
2. Diariamente están en contacto con otras personas lo cual las ayuda en su desarrollo social.
3. Nos fascina realizar las tareas escolares aunque a veces es un poco estresante por que ellas no están de ánimo.
4. La rutina diaria es totalmente diferente y estamos en constante movimiento lo cual hace que ellas terminen agotadas y queden rendidas en la noche.
5. Diariamente tengo la oportunidad de socializar con otras mamás que asisten a la escuela.
6. Todos los días Pablo y yo almorzamos juntos (yo llevo el almuerzo) y podemos conversar sin interrupciones, grandioso jaja.
7. Pablo asiste conmigo a la escuela para llevar las niñas (todo ocurre en su hora de almuerzo) y definitivamente esos minutos en familia son muy valiosos para nosotros.
8. Comparto con mi mamá todos los días.
Obviamente, son más las cosas que me agradan así que tan pronto las recuerde las anotaré.

Some things that I love of this new school phase are:
1. Up to now the girls enjoy a lot of their time at school.
2. Every day they are in contact with other people which helps for their social development.
3. I love school helping them with homework although at times is a little stressful because they are not always on the mood of doing them.
4. The daily routine is completely different and we are in constant movement which gets them exhausted and they go to bed very tired and sleepy.
5. Every day I have the opportunity to socialize with other moms that attend the school.
6. Every day Pablo and I have lunch together (I bring lunch from home) and we can talk without interruptions, magnificent jaja.
7. Pablo goes with me to school to leave thegirls (all happens in his lunch hour) and finally those minutes in family are very valuable for us.
8. I hang out with my mom every day.
Obviously, they are more things that please me so when I remember them I will write about it.

Fin de Semana / Our Weekend
A modo de mantener mi récord sobre las cosas que hacemos veamos que sucedió en el fin de semana:
Viernes - Fue un día "normal" con toda la rutina que conlleva la semana. Lo único interesante que me ocurrió fue que fuí al banco y luego de esperar por una hora y 15 minutos no pude realizar la gestión que iba a hacer, luego cuando Pablo salió de trabajar regresamos al banco y en menos de 10 minutos él logró hacer lo que yo no hice en todo ese tiempo, pueden creerlo? Para la cena tuvimos pizza (no fue el mejor día para salir a comer ya que mis niñas no se comportaron muy bien que digamos pero, gracias a Dios eramos los unicos en la pizzería).
Sábado - La mañana transcurrió entre lectura de cuentos (obviamente de Princesas), la limpieza de la casa y cantar (a quien no le gusta limpiar con música puesta y cantar a todo pulmón aunque otros piensen que tienes el canto más horrible del mundo pero, por lo menos a mí me libera las tensiones,jaja). Luego la tarde fue extremadamente tranquila, las niñas en la piscina y Pablo y yo acostados en el piso de la marquesina. En la noche tuve que dormir en el cuarto de las niñas (en el piso) por que una de ellas tenía miedo no me estuvo mala la idea por que ellas tienen aire acondicionado en su cuarto y estaba haciendo bastante calor.
Domingo - Nuestros planes eran limpiar el patio pero, mi mamá nos invitó a cenar y de tiendas así que pospuesto quedó el patio para mañana (si tuviera una varita mágica que limpiara el patio solito, que felicidad).
Hasta ahora los planes para hoy son: limpieza de patio y la compra de dos camisetas nuevas de educación física para la escuela.

Just to keep a record of the things that happened in the weekend:
Friday - Was a "normal" day with all the routine that involves the week. Something interesting, it happened that I was at the bank and after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes I could not do what I was going to do, then when Pablo came out of work we return to the bank and in less than 10 minutes he managed to do what I could not do in all that time, can you believe it? For dinner we had pizza (it was not the best day to go out to eat since my girls did not behave very well, thanks to God we were the only ones at the pizzeria on that time).
Saturday - the morning elapsed among reading stories (obviously of Princesses), cleaning the house and singing (who does not like to clean with music on and singing loud although others might think that you have the most horrible voice of the world but, at least frees me of the tensions, jaja). Then the afternoon was extremely tranquil, the girls at the pool and Pablo and I resting on the driveway's floor. In the night I had to sleep at the girls' room (on the floor) because one of them was afraid of the dark, not a bad idea because they have air conditioning in their room and it was a hot night.
Sunday - Our plans were to clean the patio but, my mom invited us to have dinner and go shopping at Wally so we postponed it,the patio was left for tomorrow (if we had a magic wand that cleaned the patio would be great).
Up to now the plans for today are: cleaning the patio and buying two new shirts for physical education class at school.

My answer:
We need to do some work at the yard, some errands, basic cleaning of the house and if the weather is good some fun at the pool.
