Kids Lenten retreat!!!!!

Today at school we had the lenten retreat for students and it was amazing. We had three conferences, music, games and lots of laughs. All the students were happy and learn a lot.

Thanks God for all the blessings everyone received today.

Cinderella!!!

Last Saturday we took the girls to the movies as a reward for their great presentation modeling. Their modeling teacher went too.  The movie was amazing, definitely Disney did a great job.

Back in February, Luis (the girls Godfather) came to visit. We went to Toys "R"Us, ate out, went to krispy kreme and started working with their new legos. 

It was a wonderful day and the girls had lots of fun with Luis.

On March 6, we had the opportunity to Walked for a Cure for Cancer. 

On that same day at night our school hosted a zumbaton. Both girls did a great job with zumba, me on the other hand stayed back and just enjoyed the fun they had.

On March 13, they performance with the school choir at the birthday of our town. 

We stayed and had a great evening.

On that same day (March 13) they send their fair projects to school. And last week Paola got a third place in Physics. So proud of her and of course, of Sofia.

All in all, in the meantime every weekend they had to practiced for the pageant and did lots of modeling. Just want to clarify is not a beauty peageant is about how they model and if they win the opportunity to model for a very important designer here. We are so proud of them because they are having a great time and still are doing great at school.

Long recap!!!

Well is almost three weeks since my last post. Of course, many things had happened and we were so busy. 

Back in February both girls approved a casting and were chosen to participate in a little girls contest. One week later after that, they began with orientations, practiced. It's an amazing experience for them and they are enjoying it so much.

In the middle of all of that, we have to work and they have to go to school. Thanks God I'm so organize and every is on schedule. Sometimes is overwhelming but they have to be involved in extracurricular activities and most importantly they have to do things they like.

March has involved meetings, homework, science fair, choir presentations, school fundraising events and some more. For now, we are just enjoying our three days weekend.

Yesterday as a recognition for their big milestone on last weekend presentation their modeling teacher took them to the movies and we saw Cinderella. We highly recommended it, is beautiful.

First weekend as Junior Musa!!

Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!
1. Finally is March and that means two more months of workkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I want to end my school year as soon as possible.
2. Both girls started yesterday the training for a "fashion contest". They had a great time yesterday and today.

I'm so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow I will post pictures from the weekend but for the moment just want to spread my happy things, Ha!!

T.G. I. F!!!!

I can't believe another week is gone. But, let me tell you, I'm anxious to finish the school year. We are having a difficult time at work and if you add all the work both girls have in third grade, is exhausting.

In other news, we have a busy weekend ahead. Tomorrow the girls are going to start new modeling classes before the go to the contest. On Sunday, we are going to a meeting to learn about the contest. Is going to be a busy weekend but they are going to have a great time.

Long time!!!!

One week since my last post. Our week involved meetings, homework, tests, lessons plans and of course, stuff around the house. So, let's try to recap last week.

We had a three days last weekend. I'm going to post from Monday thru yesterday.

Monday: ran some errands and went to Chili's.

Tuesday - Friday: homework, meetings, test, lessons plans and nothing, zero, nada fun. Four long days.

Friday: we went home from school and practiced all the material for the three tests for this coming week. Yes, three.

Saturday: Both girls woke up around ten and Pablo and I decided they need a break from school work and headed to a casting. They were a little shy but enjoyed the experience. Both girls love modeling. Now we have to wait for the results. After the casting we went to Chili's (we love Chili's) and Paola ate a steakhouse with mashed potatoes and bread, yes that was her request. Sofia still prefers pizza. After lunch we went to Wal-Mart and headed home. Put the groceries away, relaxed a little bit and got ready for church. After church we went to ate Chinese food and headed home to work on a English projects and studied for the tests.
Everyone went to bed very late.

And for today the girls godfather is coming to visit and I'm suppose to be cleaning and organizing stuff but decided to recap our week, amazing huh! Maybe we go out and spend some time doing fun things.

Our day was at home cleaning our big disaster, aka the family room. We filled five big bags of trash but at least it looks better. I'm not 100% loving it but it was a great started.

We had a busy weekend but great, haha!!!!!!

On Friday:

I went to a boring Convention until 1:00 pm (we decided to skip the afternoon part).

Later, both girls had a practiced for the We do Fashion event. They practiced for two long hours.

Saturday:

We stayed home while Pablo worked.

Later, Paola and her daddy had a date. Meanwhile, I decided to treat Sofia and went to ate. We had a wonderful time together. Love my girls.

After that, we ran some errands and went home.

We went to Church and had supper.

Sunday:

We stayed home. Pablo went with the girls to ran scooter and bicycle. It was a relaxed day.
