Hoy fue Una de Esas Tardes / One of Those Afternoons

En realidad yo no se que sucedió porque durante la mañana mis niñas estuvieron super tranquilas. Luego minutos antes de la siesta se pusieron hiperactivas, después gracias a Dios llegó la siesta y todo tranquilo. Ah, pero al levantarse tenían las baterías extremadamente recargadas. Demás esta decir que mi tarde fue horrorosa, espantosa, oh Dios hacia tiempo que esto no sucedía. Es mejor ni decir todo lo que ellas hicieron y no decir que yo estaba furiosa. Yo no veía la hora de que se fuesen a dormir y yo por lo menos, tener tranquilidad.

Solo espero que mañana sea un día mejor.

I really do not know what happened because during the morning my girls were super tranquil. Then minutes before nap time they became hyperactive, later thanks to God their nap went tranquil. Oh, but after the nap their batteries became extremely reloaded. All I can say is that my afternoon was horrible, frightening, oh God this have not happened for a long time. It is better neither to say everything that they did nor to say that I was furious. I was desperately waiting for bed time then at least, to have tranquility.

I only wish that tomorrow will be a better day.

Lunes / Monday

Con la influenza porcina en todo su apogeo no hay muchas oportunidades para salir. Así que nuestro día transcurrió en la casa. En la mañana realizamos (las niñas me ayudaron) diversas tareas de limpieza, luego compartimos con mi vecina y el resto del día jugando, comiendo y viendo televisión (que aburrido día).

Aún así quiero contarles una ocurrencia de mis niñas. La siesta (ellas estaban acostadas pero nunca durmieron) fue el momento ideal para hablar y cantar. Mucho antes de almorzar tuve que darles un ligero baño ya que estaban cubiertas de tierra jugando en el patio. Así que al vestirlas decidí ponerles un traje. Cuando se fueron a la siesta tenían sus trajes puestos sin ningún problema. Ya cuando pasó una hora de gastar electricidad, digo de dormir, descubro que ambas se habían quitado los pañales. Mi terror era encontrar las camas orinadas puesto que ellas duermen con el aire acondicionado prendido pero, esta vez tuve suerte, nada de orines tirados por suelo.

Olvide decirles que esta mañana cuando se levantaron y yo fuí al cuarto (gracias a Dios todavía no abren la puerta, toco madera) ellas estaban escondidas detrás de la casita que hay en su cuarto y adivinen qué, Sofia se había quitado su pijama. Que ocurrencias.

A mí entender para ellas el día ha sido demasiado caluroso,jajaja.

With the swine flu situation there is not many opportunities to leave home these days. So we spent our day at home. In the morning we carry out (the girls helped me) diverse tasks of cleaning, then we share some time with my neighbor and the remainder of the day we played, ate and watched television (kind of a boring day).

Even so I want to tell you about my girls. At nap time (they were gone to bed but never slept) was the ideal moment to talk and sing. Before having lunch I had to give them a quick bath since they were covered with dirt after playing in the patio. So I decided to put them a dress. When they went to the siesta they were wearing them, no problem. After an hour of wasting electricity (the air conditioning was on), I discovered that both had removed they diapers. My terror was to find the beds urinated since they sleep with the air conditioning on but, this time I was lucky, nothing of urine.

I forget to tell mention that this morning when they woke up and I went to their room (thanks God they still do not open the door) they were hidden behind the little house in the room and guess what, Sofia removed her pajamas. I think she thought the day was too warm, ha ha ha.

Mucho Trabajo / We Have a Lot of Work

En estos pasados días hemos estado un poco ajetreados aquí. Entre los proyectos que estamos realizando están la preparación de los artículos para la tiendita Etsy que si Dios lo permite la abriremos durante esta semana. Mis planes son que ya para el viernes este abierta así que pendientes. Esto conlleva también una organización de materiales y espacio (como ustedes han visto en fotos anteriores mi casa es pequeña así que intentamos hacer algunos milagros con el espacio).

También estamos realizando unos jardines en el frente de nuestra casa y dándole ciertos retoques a unos jardines que ya realizamos en el patio. En fin, estamos trabajando muchos proyectos a la vez pero, sé que realizaremos un excelente trabajo (hay que ser muy positiva ante todo).

Todos estamos muy bien (toco madera). Lo único decepcionante para mí en estos momentos es que aumente de peso pero, esto no me va a desanimar por completo por que voy a rebajar, así que esa es mi meta.

In these last few days we have been a little hectic around here. Among the projects that we are working on we have been making the articles we are planning to sell on our Etsy store that is if God permits. We will open it during this week. My plans are opening it on Friday so stay alert. This involves organizing all of the materials and space (as you have seen in previous photos my house is small so we try to work some miracles with space).

Also we are working on our front garden and giving certain touches the other gardens that we have already started in the patio. In short, we are working with many projects at the same time but, I know that we will do an excellent work (one must be very positive above all).

We are very well (I knock on wood). The only disappointing thing for me in these moments is that I have had no progress with my weight but, this will not discourage me completely because I am going to lose some, that is my goal.
