Nueva Rutina / New Schedule

The last two weeks have been of adaptation and thanks to God we have managed to adapt very well. Our day goes like this:

5:00 am - Pablo and I wake up. While Pablo takes a shower, I make the bed, prepare the snacks, turn on the coffee maker and in some cases start doing breakfast. Then, it is my turn to shower while Pablo finishes with the snacks, prepares the girls' milk and turns on the tv on cartoons.

5:40 am - Pablo wake up the girls. They take their milk and watch cartoons. Then we bathe them. All this can delay from 15 to 20 minutes. We also fix the girls' beds at this time.

6:00 to 6:30 am - Is time to have our breakfast. Pablo takes all the stuff to the van while I do the dishes (even though I get back home the kitchen has to be clean)

6:30 to 7:00 am - Time to dress and comb the girls. Check their teeth, take their daily picture and we are ready leave.

7:00 to 7:10 am - Pablo warms up the van while I do some last touch to my hair and makeup.

7:15 am - Of road to school

7:20 to 7:30 am - We arrive to school and stay with them until the bell rings at 7:30. In those minutes we remind them the things that are important that they should not forget and we talk with the teacher.

7:35 to 7:50 am - I take Pablo at work.

After that my "free" time starts but I will share with you that schedule later.

2:15 pm - I go back to school to pick up my girls and nephew to school.

After that moment I go to pick up my niece to her school and then to my sister's house where we stay with my mom until Pablo leaves work at 5 o'clock.

8:15 to 8:30 pm - Time to go to bed

Annie

PS: If your children are at school all day don't worry thinking about the time you will be alone because you will be able to do many things at home and before you notice it will be time to pick them up at school or the bus stop.
