Yesterday we started the process of potty training. After having breakfast and changing diapers we decide that we would put the girls panties instead of diapers. They were very motivated with using them. All went well until they had their first glass of juice and to started peein like crazy. That was their first panty change and the first wash of urinated underwear. Then the first one full of the #2 (sorry but it did hapened) this went direct to the wastebasket. Almost in the end of the day they began to say that they had urinated. In one occasion Sofia urinated on the cover of the portablo potty(she didn't noticed that the toilet was closed) but the intention is what counts and it was just their first day.

Today, I put them pull ups. In reality I am not sure if I was afraid of the process but, the truth is that they did not used panties today. I think that tomorrow will be a little more animated. I know that they are ready for it and the best of all is that at least yesterday, we maintained the calm in every moment and we talked to them on the process.

I will tell you more of how the training progress.

Hang in there! They will get it soon! I had great success with Emma but Abby took a little longer to get motivated!

I am not looking forward to potty training at all. I might have the kids that are going to kindergarten and still not trained. hehe

Good for you! I know that in Charlotte's first few hours, she had like 6 accidents, but got better over time. She still has some accidents, especially after she first wakes up. It is a process and we are getting there. So will you! Good job, mama!
