In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day to take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
My question is:
When you were younger, what was your most important (favorite) treasure?
My response:
For me, was a radio because I could listen to all the great music from the '80's and
90's (I'm not so old, hahaha). My husband's favorite treasure was his boombox (also a radio!!!), he loves the 80's and all that rock/pop/metal music that was very popular then.
Have a wonderful long weekend.

Trying to remember. I don't know if I treasured anything. I used to love shoes and purses.
Happy Friday!

I was big on jewelry. I had a necklace and I ring that I treasured.
Wow! That made me think. When I was a teenager definitely my track spikes. I was (am) very into running.
Here is what I treasured & collected as a child:

Happy Friday and here's my Aloha!
I can't really think of just one treasure right now, but I think I'd get really into one stuffed animal at a time. One year it was a Popple, the next Baby Miss Piggy!
Feel free to swing by Kristie's List to answer my question too!
my treasure?
it was the bond i shared with my Nana... No one can EVER replace her! I hate that she is gone, but I am so lucky for the time I had!
When I was really young, it probably would have been my Cabbage Patch Kids, or earrings from my Nana.
I was born and raised in Hawaii and my treasure was being able to play outdoors every single day of the year!
My Nurses cape and dress.. My granny made it for me.

Probably one of my dolls - I don't really remember being super attached to any one thing, but I was kind of attached to lots of small things. Happy Friday!
I think it must have been a doll. Guess it wasn't so valuable after all :)
Have a great Friday!

I had a babydoll that looked real with a heartbeat that I loved! I named her Shannon and I still have her:)
My most prized possession was my radio/tape player. It was the most expensive thing I owned and I would listen to it for hours.
Probably my first teddy bear I ever received.
For me, it was my journal. I used to love writing in it.
Happy Aloha Friday!

I think maybe it was my phone. I used to love to talk on the phone. Not so much anymore.
My teddy bear. Who I just found again!
Hmm, when I was younger, I would say my dolls and barbies. And any outside toys like my bike and swingset. As a teenager, it would be my cd player, and clothing. Great question!
