Nuestro Fin de Semana / Our Weekend

El fín de semana fue fabuloso. Primeramente, teníamos un día feriado (hoy) a nuestro favor lo que significaba que Pablo estaría dos días completos libres. El sábado, tuvimos que dejar las nenas en casa de mami en lo que él y yo ibamos a arreglar el aire acondicionado de la guagua. No encontramos ningún técnico que arreglara el aire así que regresamos a buscar a las nenas. Ellas no querían irse así que nosotros fuimos a hacer ciertas compras. Yo adoro a mis hijas pero, Pablo y yo también necesitamos tiempo a solas. Simplemente hablar, ver una película, algo donde no hayan gritos o uno este en tensión realizando las compras por que sabes que hay que alimentarlas, cambiar un pañal o es tiempo de la siesta o dormir. Ese poquito tiempo a solas que paso fue maravilloso.

El domingo, fuimos a divertirnos al Parque Monagas en Ponce. Pasamos una tarde sensacional. Pueden ver las fotos aquí. Mientras que hoy, simplemente tuvimos nuestro día en familia. Wow, hoy sí que realizamos muchísimas tareas. Pero, fue un día maravilloso. Mientras, seguimos esperando para arreglar el aire de la guagua, así que eso será o mañana o durante la semana.

PS: Aún no he recibido recetas o ideas de que tipo de comidas sencillas preparar para mis niñas. Espero poder contar con su ayuda.

This weekend was fabulous. Primarily, we had a holiday (today) to our favor which signified that Pablo had two complete days free of work. On Saturday, we had to leave the girls at my mother's house so we could go to to fix the air conditioning of the minivan. We couldn't find any technician who could fix the a/c so we went back to pick up the girls. They did not want to leave grandma's house so we went to some shoping. I worship my daughters but, Pablo and I also need some time alone. Just to talk, or see a movie, something where there will be not shouts or not having the tension while shopping because you know it's time to feed them, to change a diaper, naptime or time to go to sleep. That little bit time we had alone was marvelous.

Sunday, we went to Monagas Park in Ponce. We pass a sensational afternoon. You can see the photos here. While today, we simply had our family day. Wow, today we completed a lot tasks. But, was a marvelous day. We are still waiting for a chance to fix the a/c of the minivan, that will be even tomorrow or during the week.
